Resend Reminders to Non-Respondents - How To?

There are two delivery modes:
- Normal - Survey Invitation -- Will send out the email to every email address in this email list.
- Reminder - Resend To Non-Repondents -- Will only send an email to the users who have not completed the survey. This option emails the survey only to those email addresses that have not yet taken the survey. i.e. whose status is either Participation Pending or Viewed.
So.. what does this really mean?
Use the first option (Normal) delivery type to send out the email invitations the first time around. After a few days, (before you close the survey) send out a "Reminder" to the same email list.
How do I send Reminders?
- Goto :
- Login » My Surveys » Send Survey » Manage Email Lists (Select List)
- Select the email list to which you have already sent the survey and click on the Edit link.

- Click on the Delivery Report link for the email list. Here you will see all the batch information for the Survey for the selected email list. Now click on the Send Reminder link for the batch for which you wish to send Reminders. The Reminders will be sent to the email addresses for the respondents who had not Completed the Survey.

Can I change the text in the email for the Reminders?
Yes, to update/change the Email Invitaiton text for Reminders please see the "Edit Email Message" link below.
I have enabled the Save and Continue option on my Survey. Will the reminders go out to respondents who have used the Save and Continue later option?
Reminders are sent out based on the email address status in the delivery batch. If respondents have used the Save and Continue option and their response in the data base is incomplete then the reminder emails will be sent to these email addresses.
